Short-term Rentals and Green Events

Short-term rentals work much the same way as an interiorscape design. Before your event, Executive Plant Leasing will meet with you to discuss the focus of the occasion and choose the plant materials and accessories which will best suit your plan. A preliminary design with bid will be submitted for your approval. We will deliver and set up the plant materials according to your arrangement. Short-term rentals are an excellent way to add beauty and greenery to your company conventions, product display booths, company parties or when ever the need arises.

We also offer short-term rentals for weddings and celebrations. This can be an excellent way to add beautiful foliage to your event while being environmentally conscious. Our plants will liven up your venue and living table arrangements can be created for your special day. If you would like cut flower arrangements, these will be made available through our partnership with King Florist.

What is a Green Event?

A Green Event is one that takes into account the environmental impact of the waste created and resources used during the occasion. This concept is gaining popularity as consumers and businesses become aware of what they can do to lessen their impact on the environment.

Why don’t we have pricing listed?
Every event venue is different from square footage to lighting. We need to discuss your venue and get some general information before we will be able to determine what sort of plants will work for you and your design preference. We are not able to create a bid without this important information. If you are working within a set budget, please let us know and we will do our best to get you the best design for your occasion.
